Account Deletion

How to delete your account

Open the MounetBayt app, go to Profile, tap Delete Account, and confirm. The deletion is immediate and permanent.

What is permanently removed

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your profile photo
• Your login credentials (password or Google sign-in link)

What is retained

Records of completed orders are kept in anonymized form for suppliers' business records and legal/accounting requirements. Your name and contact details are replaced with "Deleted User" — no personal information is kept alongside these records.

Active orders

Account deletion is blocked while you have orders in progress. Complete or cancel all active orders before requesting deletion.

Supplier accounts

Supplier accounts cannot be self-deleted through the app. Suppliers must contact support to request account removal.

No app access?

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by emailing est.apps@protonmail.com. Include the email address associated with your account.
